Returns & Exchanges
Any sale item purchased with an additional discount is final sale and does not qualify for a return.
Any purchases made using the promotional code are eligible for exchange or store credit only. No refunds. Items can be exchanged for other sizes or styles based on the same full price value of the item purchased during the promotion, and exchanges are subject to availability at the time your return has been received and processed by our warehouse team.
CAPS AND SOCKS: For hygiene reasons, all sales of Sun Peony Coconut caps and socks are FINAL SALE. No returns will be accepted.
We accept returns on items in new condition with original tags attached, unworn, unwashed and free of any alterations for a full refund (minus shipping costs). All items being returned must also be accompanied by original packaging.
You have 14 calendar days from the day the order is fulfilled (the day you received a shipping notification email) to postmark your items for return. Your refund will be credited to the same form of payment used to make the purchase.
We recommend shipping your return with tracking to ensure it makes it back to us, otherwise we will not be able to issue a refund on your item(s).
CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF SHIPPING YOUR RETURN BACK TO US. WE DO NOT PROVIDE RETURN LABELS.
The shipping cost of returning item(s) to Sun Peony Coconut for an exchange or refund, is not covered or reimbursed by us.
We understand that some international postage can be costly, so we do not expect express shipping on returns. The returns period applies to the time in which a return must be requested.
