Shipping policy

DOMESTIC

Free shipping order $100 and over US only. All domestic orders ship via USPS first class with an estimated delivery of 2-7 days or USPS Priority or UPS ground when requested, with an estimated delivery of 3-5 days. Shipping costs are $8.99 flat rate and added to your total before check-out. Expedited shipping is also available upon request.

Once your item has shipped and tracking information has been provided. Sun Peony Coconut is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

All orders typically process and ship out within 2-3 business days.

If the address you provided is incorrect and/or unable to be delivered, the customer is responsible for any additional postage needed.

INTERNATIONAL

We ship via DHL Express Worldwide, UPS International, or USPS International. International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout via Shopify.

Customer is responsible for any applicable duties and taxes.

Sun Peony Coconut is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages or any packages that are held in customs.
